A tilting drone equipped with solid shielding for operations in occluded and particularly complex environments. It is designed to perform indirect UT measurements for detecting concrete quality. The drone can reach and maintain stable contact with the surfaces to be measured, guaranteeing pressure forces of up to 1kg measured and controlled in real-time. Thanks to this unique capability and a robotic positioning system, the drone can automatically position a pair of UT probes at distances between 25 and 100 cm with a selectable sampling step.
